Identify the Pairs: Use a multimeter to check resistance. The two wires with the highest resistance between them are the outer ends of a coil phase. The center tap will show half of that resistance to either end.
4-Wire Bipolar Mode: Connect only the four outer wires (Line 1, Line 2 to Phase A; Line 4, Line 5 to Phase B). This delivers the highest possible torque for your application.
