For COD, the courier companies policy to provide safe and secure services to its customers, both shipper and consignee includes, when a customer is not able to receive their consignment with in a specific time span, the package is returned to the sender. What’s the security of my payment?
From the time your payment is received, it becomes obligatory for us to secure it. Our team make sure that your parcel is delivered or handed over to you as soon as possible. We take responsibility of your payment until your order is delivered to you. In case, if you haven’t received your parcel or if the product isn’t in accord with the description, your payment will be returned to you immediately.
